Rich in marine minerals – Okinawa’s Kucha Clay Soap
"Kucha" means "mud" in the Okinawan dialect.
This ancient sea mud accumulated on the ocean floor over millions of years, and after long periods of uplift, it emerged on land as mudstone. It is a natural ingredient found only in Okinawa.

Due to the influence of marine life, Kucha contains more minerals than ordinary clay. The ions from these minerals are said to generate a gentle electrical current that promotes circulation, supports metabolism, and may help relax muscle tension.

Kucha also has extremely fine particles, giving it relatively strong adsorption power among Japanese mudstones. Because of this, it has long been used in Okinawa for facial and hair cleansing.

How to Use

≪Mask + Wash≫

1. Take a generous amount with your fingertips.
2. Quickly spread it over your dry face. The key is to apply it evenly and quickly.
3. Leave it on for 1 to 2 minutes.
4. Once you wet your face with lukewarm water, it will foam. Massage gently and rinse off.

≪Wash≫

1. Take an appropriate amount in your hand. (About half the amount used for the mask.)
2. Use a foaming net to create a rich lather.
3. Wash gently with the foam without rubbing.
4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
