In line with our company slogan: “Do what matters”, we are constantly striving to do something meaningful for someone or for an important cause.
The collaboration project with Zuisen Distillery is about “Doing what matters for Okinawa”
We envisioned a new lineup of cosmetics that utilized the awamori production byproduct “sake lees” that was otherwise going to waste.

The Zuisen distillery is built affectionately alongside a traditional Okinawa limestone walkway. The visitors all have a smile on their face, locals and tourists alike. Even as the world keeps on, it seems as if in this special place, time has stopped. Now and forever, this place is one with awamori. At Shuri Soap, our wish is to help preserve this beautiful atmosphere for future generations.
